Project Manager Augmented Reality (m/f/x)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planning, implementing and monitoring complex cross-functional projects within ZEISS AR/VR department

• Owning the overall project schedule and milestone overview and tracking progress

• Managing risks and issues that arise during the project and ensuring they are mitigated and solved effectively

• Centralizing information and communicating or reporting to customers and other stakeholders

• Managing new project requests from customers and ensure an effective planning and decision-making process in this regard

• Evaluating project performance and driving documentation & data analysis

• Contribute to project management excellence and the project governance framework by developing project management methods and structures further

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed university degree in economics, natural sciences or engineering

• 3+ years of significant professional experience in project management in an international context

• Interest in ophthalmic lens technology and/or augmented reality technology is a must, knowledge in these areas a clear plus

• Ideally experience in working with US tech companies

• Analytical strength and the ability to quickly understand and present interrelationships and dependencies

• Excellent communication skills and solid negotiation skills

• Hands-on mentality as well as strong result and solution orientation

• Business fluent English language skills
