Ihre Aufgaben


The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for day to day management and growth of their assigned territory and customer base with a strong focus on Paint Protection films. This hunter mentality will develop account and territory management plans and generate sales leads, initiate prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.,

  • Develop and utilize territory management plan

  • Generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities

  • Make follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell

  • Handle a variety of prospect calls, internet leads, and convert them into sales (also cold calls)

  • Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues

  • Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns

  • Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms

  • Help provide sales analysis data to external sales team.



Ihr Profil


  • BS/BA in business related discipline preferred or similar (Kaufmaennische Ausbildung also possible)

  • Previous outside sales or inside sales experience essential

  • Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools

  • Traits: passion for selling, tenacious, Inquisitive

Further requirements specific to this role

  • German and English fluent (ability to speak and write, communicate on different levels, business proficiency)

  • Home location in Germany

  • Automotive affinity or experience is a great asset

  • Accountability and hands - on mentality
