Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Areas of responsibilities:

  • Analyze incoming complaint information and conduct additional investigations as required
  • Escalate relevant issues to the appropriate departments or levels within the organization as necessary
  • Engage with Supplier Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to gather information, challenge assumptions, and drive thorough investigations and resolutions
  • Facilitate quick and effective settlements with suppliers to resolve complaint issues
  • Identify problems within current processes, procedures, or practices, and lead projects aimed at improving these areas
  • Analyze and audit complaint data and files to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, and develop reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collect, summarize, and transparently report on costs associated with supplier complaints, ensuring financial accountability and supporting supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Support and participate in supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and address any issues related to supplier performance

Profile of qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, supplier management, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit and interpret complaint data
  • Experience in process improvement and project management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to supplier quality
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Proactive, with hands on mentality and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English, German language skills would be beneficial
