- Ensure stores meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
- Ensure all retail operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive cost and time efficient Retail Projects (Roll-Out, Update and Upgrade) and deliver in Quality
Profil of qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
