- Analysing recruiting key figures and regular reporting to various stakeholders
Profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, psychology, communication sciences or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a managerial position
- Relevant experience in dynamic and fast-growing companies
- Broad knowledge of internal stakeholder management
- Strong experience in target group-orientated recruiting (social media, job boards)
- Regional network is an advantage
- Intercultural skills, strong leadership and communication skills and a high level of interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on mentality and service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
