Ihre Aufgaben


  • Assistance with personnel development measures

  • Operational personnel support and handling of day-to-day business

  • Trust-based cooperation with employee representatives

  • Preparation of payroll accounting for our service provider

  • Maintenance of employee data in our HR tool

  • Active support in HR projects, taking on independent sub-projects and special tasks

    This position is a parental leave replacement with 30 hours per week, limited from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2027.,

Ihr Profil


  • Completed university degree and/or commercial training with additional personnel-related qualifications or further training

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the human resources department of an international company

  • Good knowledge of payroll accounting and personnel support

  • Knowledge of labour, income tax and social security law

  • Confident German and English language skills (CEF C1/C2)

  • Strong communication and social skills as well as skills in developing solutions, confident manner and service orientation.
