Our offerings encompass everything from exchange infrastructure hosting and development to custody, wallets, payments, blockchain integration, trading, and more. We are looking for talented professionals in marketing, operations, customer support, and other departments. The roles offered may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, in collaboration with our local partner.



Ihre Aufgaben


We are building an institutional OTC sales team serving professional and high-volume crypto clients. As an OTC Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new OTC opportunities and play a key role in qualifying demand and supporting the Institutional Sales team.,

  • Identify and engage potential OTC clients across assigned regions and channels

  • Conduct initial discovery to understand client background, trading needs, and settlement preferences

  • Prepare structured client profiles and support onboarding readiness

  • Coordinate handovers and support Institutional Sales throughout early-stage engagements

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression from lead to active client



Ihr Profil


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, fintech, payments, or crypto

  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness

  • Comfortable speaking with professional and institutional clients

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

  • Motivated, curious, and eager to grow in the institutional crypto space

  • Exposure to real OTC trading flows and institutional clients
