We realise complex construction schemes in existing buildings. • Controlling and coordination of all trades on our construction sites in Berlin or also national

• Interface management between our subcontractors

• Monitoring of quality, schedules and construction budgets

• Value engineering

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and regulations

• Organisation of construction meetings, keeping construction diaries

• Acceptance of subcontractors' services

• Participation in the acceptance of our general contractor services by the client and by authorities

• Coordinating and monitoring the remedy of defects

• Invoicing of construction services,

Ihr Profil

• Study of (interior) architecture or civil engineering or comparable training/experience

• Experience in the realisation of projects in the fields of reconstruction, shell construction, interior fittings and/or turnkey construction

• A sense of timing and quality

• Distinct commercial and numerical understanding

• Knowledge of the MS Office products

• Good knowledge of English or French is an advantage

• An independent and solution-oriented working method

• A service-oriented but binding approach

• Team spirit and communication skills
