Board game developer

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, game design) or equivalent experience.
• Vast knowledge and deep understanding of board games
• Experience scouting good prototypes
• You can develop a prototype into a final board game
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Native English Speaker (or at a very high level) and a good grasp of the German language

Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree with solid grades
• Proven and related job experience, esp. in a supporting role
• Solid knowledge of board games
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Passion for board games
• Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms and the board game market
• Languages: Great knowledge of both English and German, at least one of those at Native Speaker level
