Ihre Aufgaben

• Document requirements, solutions, and workflow samples with entity frameworks (ORM)

• Requirements engineering of new technical requirements, including challenging the necessity of those requirements against the business case

• Coordinate technically complex implementation Projects

• Join and if necessary, lead technical workshops

• Prepare tailored technical solutions for potential Clients

• QA of implemented Solution and performance of installed systems

• Assess Technical integration proposals

• Provide technical follow-ups on projects (maintenance and support)

• Manage 3rd-level technical support, e.g. investigate complex issues in our DB or API logs

• Respond to IT security-related questionnaires.

Ihr Profil

• BA degree in Informatics, Business Information Systems required or equivalent education

• 2+ years' experience relevant experience in E-commerce and/or Payment industry or Financial industry

• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservice Architecture (nice to have)

• Relevant experience in coordinating internal and external stakeholders to successfully finalize the integration.

• Experience working with SQL; Kibana/elastic search; SFTP; Postman

• Good knowledge of analysis, conception, and documentation of applications Software and Network architectures.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Confluence, Asana

• Strong command of German and English, additional language skills advantageous

• and microservice Architecture (nice to have)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong initiative and dedication to quality
