At Dance, we believe getting where you want to go should be simple and sustainable. So we're on a mission to make e-mobility easy. Dance members get their own electric bike or moped, free 24-hour repairs, and theft coverage on a flexible monthly subscription. Our service is currently live in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Vienna and Paris. Ihre Aufgaben


From dropping off e-bikes and e-mopeds to repairs and customer service, our Operations team is core to keeping the Dance community growing, happy, and satisfied. In this role you will be part of Dance's Customer Support team, working alongside an experienced team of customer care agents and team leads. The role is based in our headquarters in Berlin and will support our concierge team lead on all day-to-day tasks. Further, this role will have a dotted line to our head of operations working 50% of the time on strategic projects and process improvements., o Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to support the standardization and automation of customer care processes. o Define and document best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all customer service activities. o Test and launch AI-based customer messaging tools to help customers receive instant and personalized replies to their queries. o Collaborate with our software and operations team to establish standards and ensure their effective implementation. o Provide extraordinary customer support to Dance customers via email and in App Messenger.



Ihr Profil


To be successful in this role you should: o Be enrolled in a University or a recent graduate. o Enjoy being hands-on and close to the action. o Be charming and a natural problem-solver who loves to interact with customers. You understand customer needs and will do your best to reach the resolution needed. o Are based in Berlin or Paris, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship? o Have a high level of energy and a proactive mindset to contribute in a fast-paced environment. o Have great English, German, and French written and verbal communication skills.
