You are responsible for your very own small and/or mid-size (depending on experience) client portfolio with the aim of increasing the net retention in your portfolio.

You qualify customers according to upselling potential, independently conduct product demos and continuously build long-lasting business relationships.

You work very closely with the decision makers or founders of fast-growing businesses, demonstrating a high sense for urgency, a strong bias towards action as well as a high business acumen.

You identify customer challenges, conduct escalation meetings and mediate solutions to minimize the risk before termination.

You renew customers' contracts, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices.

You analyze customer behavior and propose concrete measures for the valuable use of the DataGuard product portfolio.

You generate valuable customer success stories, foster customer exchanges and best practices.

You collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You have successfully completed your studies in economics or social sciences, technical business administration or a comparable course of study or training.

You are a strong communicator, talking prices, running product demos and moderating meetings gives you joy.

Early-stage interest in Privacy, InfoSec, and Compliance topics - we provide the required knowledge to protect the people behind the data.

Experience with software products - and development. We build products along our customers' needs and ever-changing regulations - we will never be done with product development.

Eager to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment with changing and evolving processes and tools.

Very good German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken.
