Ihre Aufgaben

Responsibility for complete order processing (from entry to follow-up)

• Telephone customer service

• Independent preparation of offers

• Processing of supplier orders and sales orders

• Processing of complaints (price differences, returns)

• Maintenance of customer master data and orders in SAP R/3

• Price and condition maintenance in SAP R/3

• Support for field operations

• Willingness to work shifts (office hours between 08:00 and 19:00)

• Takeover of the 24 h. on-call cell phone (max. every 4-6 weeks)

• Close cooperation with Key Account Management, Administration and Marketing, Your field of activity is varied and ranges from telephone customer service and quotation preparation to the entire order processing and disposition of the fleet. You will work in a small team with common industry software and all standard office applications. You are expected to be enthusiastic about the product, demonstrate proficiency in English, and show a willingness to learn industry specifics. Previous work as a dispatcher is a strong advantage.
