UX/ UI Designer

Ihre Aufgaben

As an UI/UX Designer at RepRisk, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the user experience of our client-facing and internal products. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and software engineers to develop cutting-edge tools that will set new industry standards in the ESG data sector. Your responsibilities will span various stages of product development, from initial ideation to maintaining design consistency across existing features. • Collaborate closely with product owners and front-end developers to translate software and business requirements into actionable designs

• Support the Product team by creating UI mock-ups and prototypes to assist in requirement development

• Plan and conduct usability testing and user research sessions with internal users and clients, collecting valuable insights to inform design improvements

• This includes creating test scenarios, moderating sessions, and analyzing feedback to make data-driven design decisions

• Define and uphold the user experience standards for both new and existing product capabilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive design system across multiple client-facing products

• Identify and resolve UI/UX-related challenges, offering sophisticated solutions

• Effectively communicate your design vision to diverse stakeholder groups

Ihr Profil

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role within software development

• A portfolio showcasing your design projects that demonstrate your expertise

• Ability to understand the technical implications of your design decisions

• Comfortable taking ownership of the visual identity of a software product

• Willingness to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining the quality of your work

• Strong design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in common design and prototyping tools such as Figma

• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and an openness to working in a multicultural environment

• Fluent in English

  Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional languages

• Experience in data visualisation

• Familiarity with Web Accessibility Standards.

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

• An affinity for analytics and data-driven design.

• Experience with Storybook
