Ihre Aufgaben

As the German market leader for real estate, at ImmoScout24 we want to make hard decisions easy. Our cornerstone lies in delivering exceptional user experiences. Within our central UX-function, consisting of three UX Teams, their respective Team Leads, and the Head of UX, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate through cutting-edge technology. As a UX Designer, youll be at the forefront, translating our vision into reality for diverse target audiences via bi-weekly Discovery Sprints. Being an integral part of one of our Commercial UX Teams, youll drive the success of our flagship consumer products. As #OneTeam we will create industry-leading, intuitive and future-proof experiences. How your role will look like:

Identify, prioritize and execute design and discovery initiatives in close collaboration with product / UX leadership as well as executives Independently conduct usability studies, customer interviews, co-creation workshops, design audits and competitor analyses Assert the implementation of design-oriented changes, refinements and improvements using JTBD, journey mapping, info-architecture maps, flow diagrams, heuristics, etc. Identify, own and drive design relevant KPIs for your focus projects CSAT, NPS or CES are no strangers to you

Ihr Profil

Min. 2 years of relevant industry experience (Tech Background and UX Research experience are a plus) Completed design studies, but also studies in unrelated fields are highly welcome Proficient in Figma and used to work with or develop Design Systems Ideally knowledge accessibility and DIN EN ISO standards, semantic design and design heuristics An excellent basic understanding of agile product development and working in Jira / Confluence Profound experience designing for desktop and mobile as well as ability to cope with technical constraints and limitations as they appear Ideally you established an efficient and user-centered design process as well as an extensive method kit Fluent in German as well as in English
