Ihre Aufgaben

You work in a team on complex consulting projects with a focus on process optimization, organizational development and strategy implementation:

• Analysis and optimization of processes, accompanying change management and operational support during the implementation of processes at the customer's site

• Moderation of workshops within the framework of our workshop-oriented approach

• Assumption of concrete operational tasks in strategic project management offices: e.g. development of project organization, schedule management, conception and implementation of reporting

Ihr Profil

• Completed (bachelor) degree (preferably as engineer, industrial engineer or business administration/economics graduate)

• High analytical ability and mental flexibility

• Very good ability to abstract

• High empathy

• Customer orientation, reliability and resilience

• High ability to work in a team

• Skill in dealing with difficult cooperation partners

• Strong communication and cooperation skills

• Patience and strategic vision

• Very good knowledge of MS-Office

• Good command of English

• Practical knowledge in project management, ideally already with a certification

• Independent work

• willing to travel
