From dropping off e-bikes and e-mopeds, to repairs and customer service, our Operations team is core to keeping the Dance community growing, happy and satisfied. In this role you will be part of Dance's Central Operations team, working alongside an experienced strategic minded team, helping to drive for operational excellence and develop our scalable processes. Together, we will drive our organization towards strategic goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach., o Develop new optimization and automation procedures for our repair processes to support the scaling of existing markets. # Leverage strategic thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. # Implement innovative solutions to streamline repair and maintenance procedures for both e-bikes and e-mopeds. o Promote further standardization and excellence in repair and maintenance procedures. # Define and document best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all repair activities. # Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standardized protocols and ensure their effective implementation. o Utilize repair data analysis to extract actionable insights. # Perform in-depth analysis of repair data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. # Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to optimize repair processes and enhance overall operational performance. o Support the Central Operations and Local Berlin teams in various day-to-day project work. # Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. # Collaborate with team members to provide strategic insights and input on key operational decisions.
Ihr Profil
To be successful in this role you should: o Enjoy being hands-on and close to the action. o Have strong analytical skills and are very detail-orientated in the way you work. o Have good technical understanding of how e-bikes and e-mopeds work. o Be based in Berlin and be available for 40h/week. o Have a high level of energy and proactive mindset to contribute in a fast-paced environment. o Speak English fluently, German/French a plus.
