Ihre Aufgaben


  • You are the central contact person within the company for all topics relating to regulatory affairs, compliance and information security

  • You manage the execution of controls and monitoring of customer audits including the associated documentation as well as the development of proposals for action

  • You will work in an established, medium-sized company in a central position and you will have the freedom to actively shape our company and our corporate culture with your skills and your personality

What will your responsibilities involve?

  • You actively work on the improvement of the regulatory and compliance processes in the company

  • You are responsible for the management and coordination of internal/external compliance audits and coordinate the preparation, follow-up work and deadline monitoring

  • You are responsible for the administration, maintenance and monitoring of the ISMS tool

  • You identify regulatory requirements and address gaps in collaboration with the business units

  • You are significantly involved in the evaluation of audit results, derivation of recommendations for action and their implementation

  • You are the 1st point of contact and advisor on regulatory and compliance matters



Ihr Profil


  • You have 5
  • years of professional experience in a regulatory or compliance role in the financial services industry and experience in the banking sector
  • You have a bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, law or a related field or comparable professional experience

  • You have already gained practical experience in supporting compliance audits

  • You have a good technical understanding of IT processes

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a high degree of self-organization and teamwork skills

  • You have good problem-solving skills and a very good understanding of processes

  • You have good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, esp. BAIT and MaRisk

  • You have experience and confidence in project management

  • You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken

  • A plus point is if your profile is complemented by one of the following:

  • You have experience in outsourcing management

  • You have knowledge of the ForumISM software

  • You have experience as an IT security officer

  • You have experience in information security management, possibly as ISB
