Internal consultant for new business process requirements for Change Management

1st and 2nd level application support on local / regional / global level for Incident Management

Act as primary point of contact for Users and Key Users

Provide 2nd level User Support and manage 3rd level support

Gathering, analyzing, evaluation of business requirements, working together with Process Owner/ Change Manager for new SD functionality including configuration, functional specifications, blueprints, testing, training, Go-Live Support & Validation Documentation, cut-over as Kirchhoff Change Management process

Provide technical guidance and mentor department business analysts and conduct knowledge transfer and training of Key Users

Maintains positive employee relations and addresses issues in timely manner. Seeks advice/counsel from appropriate sources as required.

Participate in ongoing Continuous Improvement processes.

Any other reasonable request made by management.

Ihr Profil
-
Over 5 years of Experience configuring SAP modules
-
SAP Experience within Automotive Industry is a plus, but not required
-
Project management experience is an advantage
-
Training Support Processes and Systems (SAP Solution Manager)
-
SAP Basic reporting tools, administration (Queries, Quick View, ALV, …)
-
Good understanding of IATF 16949/ISO 14001 requirements
