Be a frontline leader of a data teams that provides insights and data-support for clients and internal stakeholders at Looping
-
Be the face of Looping's data competence in client meetings, present solutions and results to client leadership, while being a business partner to senior leadership inside Looping

Develop a team of junior and midlevel analysts by conducting regular feedback sessions and setting professional development goals that balance personal development goals of team members and skill requirements of the organisation

Leverage predictive analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Analyse digital user behaviour, marketing campaigns, and product usage to identify opportunities for a variety of clients from different industries

Develop and maintain data pipelines that harmonize and aggregate data

Work closely with editorial and senior account teams to provide strategic leadership for social and digital channels through data-driven recommendations

Define best practices and new processes for collecting, analysing, and managing data

Define approaches to find new ways to reach and engage new audiences and put them into practice
-
Develop new measurement approaches that help our clients move from short-term KPI analysis to longer-term brand health tracking

Continue to monitor advances in technology and techniques to identify improvements in operational delivery, e.g., brand measurement, AI in community management, etc.,

Experience leading a team and managing projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget

Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities for clients and Looping
-
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
-
Enjoy diving into data and finding patterns and relationships
-
Strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and campaign measurement tactics and metrics (impressions, CTR, GRPs, etc.)

Experience with digital analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Social Media Analytics) and social listening tools
-
Experience with setting up automated data pipelines that break down silos between marketing touch points
-
Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI

Coding Experience (e.g., Python, R) is a big plus
