We have over 60 years of experience providing advice on all matters related to commercial properties. Our clients are as diverse as our team, ranging from industrial companies to public-sector entities and from medium-sized regional businesses to international corporate groups. We work within interdisciplinary teams to develop individual solutions for our clients for all processes involved in the real estate economy, from strategy development to the interior design concept and right through to project management. We also feel it is important to meet our potential new colleagues in person, so as part of the application process, we will invite you to one of our offices, where you will meet HR and members of our management team. If you would like to talk to your potential colleagues as well or take a look around at our multifaceted day-to-day business by working with us for a trial day, we can make it possible.

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started. What documents and information should I include in my application?

To be able to judge whether you are a good fit for us, we need several things from you: a cover letter, a current CV, and ideally additional supporting materials such as letters of reference, transcripts, and/or diplomas.



Ihr Profil


Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field.

At least five years of professional experience in project coordination or project management in construction projects.

Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and focus on solutions.

Excellent knowledge of HOAI, AHO, and VOB and good MS Office skills.

Highly developed communication skills and ability to get things done.

Business fluent German language skills and good English language skills.

Outstanding social skills, teamwork skills, service orientation, and creativity.

Holistic, interconnected thinking.

Enjoyment of leading an interdisciplinary project team.

Personal initiative and engaged, independent, and organized working style.
