We offer our customers a broad product portfolio, from the development of strategic concepts to the observation and analysis of political processes to stakeholder management, events and the creation of content - the services and thus the tasks are diverse. To support our team, we are now looking for a working student in the field of public affairs for 10-20 hours/week, starting August 15th, 2023 (alternatively September 1st), initially for a limited period of six months (with the option of an extension). - To expand our circle of competence partners, we are looking for an expert in the field of digital economy. Relevant knowledge from this sector would be advantageous, for example acquired through a corresponding activity in a company in the IT industry, an association or also in the political environment. The hbpa competence partners work on a project basis for hbpa on a freelancer basis, for example in new business situations, at workshops or for long-term (co-)supervision of mandates, especially at the strategic level. The idea of the partnership is also to share skills, expertise, ideas and networks for the benefit of both sides and to help the partner to gain greater visibility.
Ihr Profil
A deep feeling for political processes, communicative skills when setting topics and the ability to evaluate and classify political processes are part of the requirement profile.,

Studies in politics, society, law, communication or social sciences

First relevant professional experience, for example in the Bundestag or state parliament office, association, agency, foundation or editorial office in the context of internships or part-time jobs is desirable

Great interest in complex issues in the above-mentioned policy areas as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility

Analytical skills and a high degree of independence, self-motivation and organizational talent

Confident use of MS Office

Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe InDesign desirable

Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English,

Completed studies in politics, society, law, communication or social sciences
