Marketing, The Lead Brand is a key position within the company, responsible for the way in which the brand is perceived by the public, and for the efforts to be deployed to make it shine and thus strengthen its position in an ultra-competitive market., The Lead brand's mission will be to manage (and structure) a Brand team of 2-3 people around a long-term vision of the brand, and will be responsible for all brand deployment on organic and offline communication channels.
The Lead Brand is part of the Marketing team and reports to Léopold Arnaud, VP Marketing at Luko.

Develop and implement a global brand strategy aligned with objectives, target segmentation and sales tactics;

Define effective positioning for different product lines. Write the story that resonates, and apply this story to all media (website, advertising, customer relations media, etc.);

Monitor market developments, competition and trends to adapt brand strategy accordingly.
- Manage the execution of the strategy on the various channels to boost Luko's brand awareness

Define strategy/positioning for campaigns (competitive intelligence, ideation, creative process) to increase brand awareness;

Conceive and design high-impact content for the various channels (PR, social, Media TV, Influence, Podcast, Sponsoring, Outdoor, etc.);

Organize campaign launches (scheduling, resource delivery, com' timing);

Manage our PR agency and challenge our PR strategy
- Team members and providers management

Lead the brand management team (currently 3 people): build the organization, stimulate motivation and inspiration, coach a highly motivated team;

Define clear objectives, evaluate performance and develop the team's skills;

Select and manage relationships with our agencies (PR, creative, media buying, etc.)
- Measuring impact:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives;

Analyze results and adjust strategy based on awareness performance.
- Ensuring brand unity internally and externally

Ensure that the brand image is consistent across all communication channels, marketing materials and customer contact points;

+5 years of significant professional experience in brand management/communications/marketing - ideally in both agency and fast-growing company

Experience in building and managing ambitious marketing plans > has already managed media campaigns with substantial budgets, including TV advertising

Strong culture of brand building and marketing topics, understand the key pillars of a successful brand, the challenges to overcome and the relationship between brand and business

Strong creativity, always coming up with new ideas and able to get their hands dirty to test them out, stay up to date on market / brand / marketing news

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English, with particular sensitivity to design and copywriting issues

Great attention to detail

Strong leadership skills with proven experiences of complex project management, involving strong problem solver mindset
