Ihre Aufgaben

As HR Coordinator - Working Student, your mission is to provide vital support to our HR department. You will assist in various HR functions, including CV Screening, relationship with universities, onboarding, process creation, documentation and employee record maintenance. Your role involves helping to create a positive and efficient work environment for our team members. You'll gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for a student to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

• Support in all people operations matters along the employee lifecycle like first CV screening, interviews of interns/working students, interviews coordination, absences, visas, relocation support, etc.

• Close cooperation with other departments and external service providers such as universities, recruitment agencies, government, etc.

• Support in constant iteration and improvement of HR processes with a high focus on the creation and organization of internal documentation using tools such as Notion, Slack and maximum automation in Personio

• Manage office-related matters to keep our workplace running smoothly,

Ihr Profil

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, HR management, psychology, finance, or a related field

• Prior experience in Recruitment, Cosultancies or any HR role

• Fluent in English, German B2 (Fluency in German is a plus)

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

• Willingness to take ownership of projects

• Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work, comfortable handling data and managing multiple tasks with precision
