System Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

To strengthen our Digital Solutions department, we are looking for a System Engineer / DevOps to assist in the support and operation of our Azure web applications in the LAMP environment. The Digital Solutions department is responsible for the comprehensive development and maintenance of our digital Brand Management application, based on PHP Digital Experience Platform as well as monitoring, provisioning, operation, and support of the web applications provided to our clients.,

• Analysis and optimization of web, application, and database servers based on Apache/nginx, MySQL & PHP in our Azure environment

• Support monitoring of our applications (Icinga/Azure) as well as tool administration and configuration

• Active participation in customer support in our SaaS Solution

• Assistance with administrative and planning tasks in the IT infrastructure area

• Support in collaboration with the development teams and the Publicis data center

Ihr Profil

• Very good knowledge in Linux servers (RockyLinux, CentOS, or RedHat-based systems)

• Several years of experience in Application Management of PHP applications.

• Experience in Shell scripting, Nagios/Icinga, Nginx/Apache, and MySQL are desirable

• Tool knowledge of Terraform, Ansible

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Gitlab, GitHub)

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and Security expertise

• Experience in HTML/CSS/JS programming

• Completed (university) degree in computer science or a related field, or comparable professional experience

• Good English skills, German would be a plus
