Ihre Aufgaben

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data infrastructure for our AI based products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity and reliability. Join us in shaping our roadmaps, scoping projects, overcoming challenges, and advocating for best practices within the team., Work with product managers and engineers to identify areas and use cases where machine learning adds significant value over traditional methods. Building and running production grade ML infrastructure and evolving it with our product. Building robust systems that can efficiently handle the computational and data storage demands of state-of-the-art language models. Developing mechanisms for model serving that ensure low latency and high throughput in live environments. Proactively taking responsibility for the long-term code quality and participating in setting standards for machine learning within the company. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering, ML Ops/ Dat engineering and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure.

Ihr Profil

Proven experience in designing and building systems for machine learning; experience with working with language models and NLP applications is a bonus! You're proficient in system design, can reason about scaling strategies together trade-off such as availability vs consistency, latency vs throughput. You love solving challenging problems. We value your ability to tackle complex engineering issues over specific tools, language, or framework knowledge. Your experience spans a variety of tools and data processing paradigms, including transactional data, event streams, and batch processing. You have strong Python skills and experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow & PyTorch You enjoy hands-on work with infrastructure. You have hands-on experience with version control & CI/CD tools like Git, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc. Our services are deployed across distributed systems in the cloud, and we manage our infrastructure using code. You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You're a self-starter who thrives under a high level of autonomy.
