Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for Influencer partnerships and Affiliate marketing programs across a subset of our 17 European markets Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets Oversee and nurture partner relationships Collaborate on a day to day basis with the existing Affiliate & Influencer team as well as local Country Managers Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring effectiveness Work cross-functionally with internal teams across growth marketing, brand marketing, social, PR and product

Ihr Profil

+6 years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a business-to-consumer and app-first business +4 years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel Experience in managing external partners and vendors Exceptional negotiation skills Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, and ability to navigate ambiguity Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment You are proficient in English plus either German, Spanish or Italian
