(Senior) Expert End-to-End Digitalization & Performance (m/w/d) in Berlin / Frankfurt

Ihre Aufgaben

• By planning, tracking, and optimising our STP goals, customer satisfaction objectives, and commercial impacts across all product areas and customer segments of our Business Banking division, you make us even more digital.

• You confidently and proactively coordinate and lead projects, working closely and on equal footing with various teams and departments, such as Payments Retail, Business Banking, and Wholesale Banking.

• Active involvement is key in everything you do, not only tracking progress and overseeing controlling but also acting as a sparring partner for Tribe Leads for example. You employ empathy, appreciation, and communication to make us and our processes more efficient and effective, continually advancing our expertise.

• To ensure all stakeholders are reliably informed and can make data-based decisions, you create transparent KPI dashboards.

• Commercial impacts and OPEX effects of the digitalisation progress are always on your mind, and you can break down the value chain and cost drivers in detail.

Ihr Profil

• Master's degree with a focus on economics or business

• Experience in project work and ideally in consulting

• Affinity for numbers, a business mindset, and an eye for detail while maintaining a good overall perspective

• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and quick comprehension

• Hands-on mentality, communication skills, and a cooperative approach

• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

• Structured working style (even under time pressure) and good time management

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
