As the Inclusive Design Program Consultant (m/f/x), you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through our inclusive design program with a focus on the EU. You will be responsible for communicating the vision for accessibility programs in presales and supporting the delivery of Applause services as a subject matter expert. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accessibility, consulting, and a passion for driving inclusivity through a focus on user experience, and a proven track record of consulting with teams across the software lifecycle to embed accessibility and inclusivity best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Account Support

Assist presales teams with building and presenting program recommendations for customers utilizing Applause services and point of view relating to Accessibility and Inclusive Design.
