Ihre Aufgaben


The role

As a Senior Audience Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the International Reactivations Strategy and maximising profit by driving effective communications to our customer base. In our customer-centric and data-led department, you will assist with the delivery and analysis of multichannel campaigns (mobile, email, sms and more) across multiple markets.

What you'll do

  • Supporting the development of the Reactivations Strategy across International Markets, in partnership with senior stakeholders

  • Scoping and leading the implementation of initiatives according to the Reactivations Strategy

  • Ownership over a set of markets, including forecasting quarterly targets for conversions and marketing spend

  • Ownership and development of rigorous AB testing strategies across international markets

  • Enabling close partnership and alignment with local teams and product teams

  • Conducting in depth performance analysis, in partnership with Marketing Analytics team

  • Developing a deep understanding of our customer base, sharing these insights with the wider Marketing and Product teams, and using these insights to steer marketing strategy

  • Support Campaign Management team with campaign implementation process, from kick-off to post-mortem analysis

What you'll bring

  • You are able to analyse data and make decisions based on rational reasoning

  • You have relevant experience in the CRM field. Experience with Direct Mail and subscription models would be a plus

  • You are focused on customer centricity and optimising customer engagement

  • You excel using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions

  • You feel comfortable devising your own strategy and communicating your vision to stakeholders

  • You have experience in forecasting and budget management

  • You are comfortable managing a large pool of stakeholders from different seniority levels
