  • IBM Global, As part of the New Business team, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of our growth plans and our corporate development, working closely with your colleagues from Strategy, Platform and Business Consulting. Our sales approach and customer approach is strongly aligned with our focus industries (Consumer, Industry, Mobility, Health and Public). If you have relevant experience in the mobility sector, including OEMs, mobility ecosystems, travel & tourism or freight & logistics, and also have the necessary sense of humor and charm, then you've come to the right place!

  • You are part of a growing and committed new business team that inspires companies from the upper midmarket and enterprise environment in DACH for our digital solutions

  • You position yourself/us as a "Trusted Advisor" with our strategic focus customers (new and existing customers) and build up a customer relationship or network

  • You engage in account-based selling by identifying customer and business-specific pain points and providing strategic, industry-specific advice and positioning best practices

  • Together with our in-house experts (strategists, architects, creatives) you create value propositions in the form of pitch presentations, offers, budget plans and project proposals

  • You work independently and are responsible for the entire sales and quotation process, right up to the conclusion of the contract

  • You are in close coordination with our software partners (Adobe, Salesforce, SAP CX & various MACH partners) on product development and sales in order to be able to advise our potential customers in the best possible way

  • You actively contribute to creating an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity and continuous improvement



Ihr Profil


  • You have at least 4 years of experience in customer acquisition or consulting in the digital industry, ideally in the mobility sector (OEMs, mobility ecosystems, travel & tourism or freight & logistics)

  • You have industry-specific know-how in the challenges of digital transformation and have an affinity for digital products and services

  • You have very good oral and written communication and presentation skills in German and English

  • Entrepreneurial thinking, creative free spirit, independence, team spirit, high willingness to learn and proactive, solution-oriented thinking are part of our team DNA and are absolute must-haves

  • Ideally, you have already worked in a digital agency or consulting firm and have basic knowledge of content management, marketing or e-commerce systems such as Adobe, Salesforce, SAP CX or similar enterprise solutions. Experience with GenAI and its application in marketing, commerce and service is also an advantage

  • You are experienced in building relationships and dealing with decision makers at enterprise customers (C-Level, VPs, Directors)

  • You can keep calm even in stressful situations and use your experience to lead the project and pitch teams to success and feel comfortable in project sizes between €100,000 and €2 million, but are also confident in customer portfolios of €5 to 10 million in perspective
