IBM Global, In your role as a Junior Sales Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you will support our sales and marketing team in acquiring new customers, secure contacts and appointments for our sales team and use your attention to detail to ensure that our systems show where newly acquired projects come from. Sounds just like you? Then we are looking for you from January 2025, initially for a limited period of one year, in full-time (40 hours per week) for our Düsseldorf or Berlin Office. There is the possibility to transform the fixed-term contract into an unlimited employment after the time period has expired.
With creative approaches and state-of-the-art technologies, we drive digital transformation in the industrial sector as well as for energy and utility companies. Together with our clients, we develop forward-looking solutions for industrial processes, connecting ecosystems, digital platforms, and innovative customer experiences to create sustainable and efficient ways of working.
Yours Tasks

You support our New Business teams in inspiring companies from the upper midmarket and enterprise environment in DACH for our digital solutions

You will act as the interface between our marketing and new business teams
-
You work together with our industry and technical experts to develop campaign concepts and LeadGen measures. You implement these independently and lead them to measurable success

You manage campaigns with the aim of generating new customer contacts for sales - with a strong focus on account-based marketing via LinkedIn and other digital channels

You already have initial experience in the HubSpot Campaign Manager and have independently implemented campaigns here

You are responsible for our ongoing account-based marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and support our sales team in creating content for new postings (English and German)

You screen new customer inquiries or visitor lists for potential new customers and are responsible for assigning contacts to our New Business team

You create regular reports from the various systems and thus make a valuable contribution to the evaluation of our activities and the determination of our strategic direction
Ihr Profil

You have a degree with a focus on marketing, business administration, communication or similar.

You have already gained initial experience in the areas of (pre-)sales or marketing, preferably with a focus on ABM

Your core characteristics include organizational talent, accuracy, openness, resilience, independence and team spirit

You are persistent and determined to further develop our leads and contacts

You have business fluent oral and written communication and presentation skills in German and English

Entrepreneurial thinking, creative free spirit, independence, team spirit, high willingness to learn and proactive, solution-oriented thinking are part of our team DNA and are an absolute must-have criterion

You have a basic technical understanding and an affinity for digital topics
