Ihre Aufgaben

The HENRI Berlin is located in Berlin, directly on Ku'damm, with 72 studios and 9 flats. Reception and bar are one here, meetings are held in the gents. And just like at home, everyone can help themselves in the hotel kitchen and lounge - from breakfast to the legendary evening snack., From the first eye contact to the goodbye, the reception & reservation staff have the guests firmly wrapped around their fingers. Personal service is key! Check-in, check-out, taking reservations, correspondence or having a chat with guests are just as much a part of his job as mixing the occasional cocktail, because the bar and reception are very close together at HENRI.

In other words:

• Check-in/out

• Correspondence & taking reservations

• Guest care

• Deputising for the reservations staff in their absence

• Serving and mixing drinks

Ihr Profil
