In your role as a Product Specialist (f/m/d), you will work on pillars of the Product Insights & Experience (PI&X) with primary focus on "Experience Data Insights". As a Product Specialist (f/m/d) you will be working closely together with inside and outside stakeholders of the unit. Your main stakeholders will be S/4HANA Public Cloud Line of Business Product Management and analytics specialists. This role is to the largest inbound focused and includes following main tasks:

Define, prioritize and execute use-cases with Product Management and other stakeholders along various dimensions such as Management, Portfolio planning, Engineering

Influence the product strategy, steer product definition and prioritisation with data-driven insights to maximize business value to SAP Customers

Collaborate with Product Management to learn about customer needs, feedback and experience trends

Ensure knowledge transfer to internal & external stakeholders across all functions of a business e.g. showcasing value to communities

Closely monitor qualitative insights supported by in depth root cause analysis

Contribute to a product experience community for best practice sharing

Develop concepts for dashboards & data visualisations for Experience Data Insights

Build, outsource, maintain reporting vehicles for PI&E of S/4HANA Public Cloud - along use-cases & personas

Enable both standardized as well as self-service reporting assets for the respective user groups with focus on Experience Data Insights

Be accountable for the successful deliverables: scope, quality and time

Ihr Profil

Bachelor´s degree in Business Administraton / IT / Business or similar (Master's is a plus)

Prior experience (internship, working student, job) within a product unit in PM / DEV role and / or Corporate Steering functions (e.g. Finance, Portfolio, Strategy)

Some experience in reporting vehicles (building SAC Dashboards is a plus)

High interest and basic knowledge in topics like usage, product experience and data-driven insights to action, data-driven product steering

Basic understanding of SAP´s strategy and the solution S/4HANA Public Cloud

Analytical and problem-solving mind-set with open minded and proactive can-do attitude, The SAP S/4HANA Product Insights & Experience team enables our organisation to execute along the S/4HANA Public Cloud strategy by providing actionable product insights & experience data. The goal is to help to steer the S/4HANA Public Cloud Product, improve the product experience and ultimately drive customer satisfaction. The team is a part of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Cross Product Management organisation and drives outlined topics in strong collaboration with stakeholders inside and outside the organization. The PI&X team consists out of three main pillars: Product Experience, License & Functional Usage and Cross Data & Analytics topics.
