The European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) is an independent, nonprofit human rights organization based in Berlin. We use legal means to stand up for people's rights. We support those affected by torture, exploitation and human rights violations at the EU's external borders, along with those whose environments are being destroyed by corporations. Together with them, we initiate legal proceedings in Germany, other European countries, and before international institutions.
