Join Our Dynamic Team as a People & Office Administrator! Are you enthusiastic about administration and excelling in a diverse environment? SOFTGAMES is looking for a People & Office Administrator to join our global remote team. In this position, you'll have the chance to share responsibilities in office management and assist with various administrative tasks within the People team. We're seeking an individual who is passionate about administration, as the role primarily involves administrative aspects of Office and People Management.
This gross annual salary range for this position is €18,000-€22,000 for 20 hours per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
Your responsibilities:
Office Management

Execute various organizational and administrative tasks including licensing oversight, order processing, and managing bureaucracy efficiently.

Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company business trips, ensuring a seamless experience for our management.
People Administration

Managing digital and paper-based employee records with precision and confidentiality.

Maintaining our HR Tool and other People Related systems to guarantee accurate and reliable data.

Supporting various administrative tasks such as payroll management, generating data reports, and liaising with external tax offices.

Assisting in the setup of employee contracts and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Contributing to the administration of funding applications and quarterly time sheets to support our financial processes.

Offering hands on help on other People Team related topics.

1+ year administrative HR experience.
