**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our agile development team as Product Owner Support. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into agile methodologies and collaborate with a dynamic team of software developers and elevator system experts. You will contribute to the development of products that have a global impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
- Support the team in refining and clarifying product requirements.
- Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the development team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in a related field such as Programming, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong interest in agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
