We're searching for a passionate and driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the guardian of our sales data, ensuring its accuracy and transforming it into actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making. You'll be a trusted advisor to Sales and company leadership, providing them with the information they need to optimize sales processes, drive revenue growth, and achieve company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure the integrity of our sales data within Salesforce.com, CPQ and other critical systems.
Proactively identify and address data quality improvement opportunities to support accurate reporting and analysis.
Develop & implement data governance processes to improve data consistency and reliability across the organization.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including a data dictionary, to promote transparency around key data sources that drive sales processes and reporting.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain and optimize reports & dashboards that measure key Go-to-Market metrics (pipeline, forecasts, bookings, retention, quota attainment, territory coverage, etc.).
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations to sales and company leadership.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform go-to-market strategies and decision-making.

Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with global Go-to-Market leaders to understand their reporting needs and develop globally consistent solutions that promote data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Finance to drive consistency in reporting practices and KPI results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Biz Apps, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Delivery to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, reporting, and data management practices.
Participate in strategic initiatives to support evolving business needs.
What you?ll need to succeed: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/revenue operations, deal desk, or financial analyst role.
Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding their needs and challenges.
