Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead and encourage a team of product marketers to drive the increase in profitability of our products, product launches, messaging and all sales-supporting materials of SNP's software product portfolio

• Spearhead all marketing efforts of our software products and align all product marketing with SNP's brand ideals

• As expert on our customers, you shape and improve product marketing campaigns/ output that target prospective customers by crafting SNP's product story telling vison and voice

• Strategic planning and management of the outward-facing activities surrounding the portfolio, especially marketing and sales programmes to increase the demand

• As a lead, you are creating an inspiring working environment with an open communication culture, clear goals and guidance for your team members

• Build relationships with external vendors and internal key stakeholders, such as Sales and Product Management

• Set product marketing budgets and track spend, always with an eye for ROI and evaluation of KPIs as well as controlling measures

Ihr Profil

• You have a strong background in sales or product marketing and development experience, ideally related to SAP or data management/migration domains

• Business development or marketing training is preferred

• You bring a deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles

• Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns , ideally with experience in designing customer promotions

• High degree of empathy for others' perspectives and circumstances

• Very good team and management skills in order to be able to interact as a cross-functional team with our Board, employees, colleagues and external parties

• Intuitive understanding of how to effectively assign responsibilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally also in German, French communication skills are welcome
