We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Digital Key Accounts & Marketplaces Manager to join our growing Digital Key Accounts team. In this pivotal role, you will lead growth across both wholesale and marketplace channels with two of our largest accounts, Zalando and About You.

This position requires a strategic, entrepreneurial professional capable of managing a hybrid business model that combines wholesale and marketplace selling. You'll drive sales performance, ensure profitability, and elevate ECCO's brand presence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored strategies that align with our brand values.,

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key wholesale and marketplace partners, serving as the main point of contact to align on and achieve shared goals.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, including sales forecasts, promotional trading, and future season product planning, while optimizing stock management to ensure product availability and minimize excess inventory.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and share actionable insights with internal teams to refine strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to implement brand- and account-specific strategies, ensuring alignment with ECCO's broader objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Analyze sales performance and deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to recommend improvements and strategies for growth.



Ihr Profil


  • Proven experience in digital key account management (marketplace and/or wholesale), preferably in the footwear, fashion, or retail sector.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and plan for long-term success.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset, with a knack for turning data into actionable strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape and passion for the ECCO brand and products.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
