To drive our EU business forward, we are currently looking for a German speaking Senior Technical Program Manager / Solution Delivery Manager (m/f/x.)
In support of our Account Management teams, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to build strong relationships with our customers and support them to successfully leverage our community-based digital testing solutions and services. This role requires partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Community, and Product teams to lead and manage client engagements and ensure their long-term success.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple customer engagements for European customers, implementing Applause?s crowd-based digital testing solutions, and act as the first person of contact for our clients? product and QA teams.
Build and develop long-term relationships, become a strategic advisor to our customers and help them create flawless digital user experiences for their users.
Collaborate closely with our Testing Services and Sales teams in monitoring the progress and success of our customer engagements, ensure we collect, understand and meet/ exceed our customers? success criteria and deliver according to the contractual entitlements.
Maintain and increase customer satisfaction, ensure retention and identify and pursue areas of expansion and growth within our client engagements.
Work with leadership to channel commonalities across customers into Applause best practices across our products and services
What you?ll need to succeed: A university degree in Software Engineering, IT, Business or a related field or at least 3 years of practical experience as a Software Developer, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or QA Engineer
5+ years of experience as a customer-facing technical Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Consultant for digital applications or any field related to software development and QA
Experience or strong interest in application software development practices and agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
