• IBM Global, As a (Senior) Account Executive - Insurance (f/m/x) you will have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities and support us in developing innovative solutions for the insurance industry. We are looking for you to join us full-time at our offices in Berlin or Düsseldorf as soon as possible.

  In the Health & Insurance Cluster, we work in various teams on projects in the fields of Healthcare & Life Sciences, Pharma and Insurance, particularly in the statutory and private health insurance sectors, but also for clients in the traditional insurance environment. We set new standards for digitalization in each industry and support our clients in digitalizing their business models, closing processes and sales channels, adapting them to the growing demands of users. The focus always lies on an appealing and intuitive customer journey.

Your tasks

• As (Senior) Account Executive - Insurance (f/m/x), you will use consultative selling to acquire new customers in the insurance sector and expand existing customer relationships

• You will independently take over the entire sales and quotation process, right through to the conclusion of the contract

• You develop and implement sales strategies to achieve our sales targets in the insurance sector

• You will present and sell our digital transformation solutions and services to insurance companies

• Together with our experts, you create value propositions for our customers in the form of presentations, offers and customized solutions

• You build and maintain a network of stakeholders and partners in the insurance sector to develop long-term business partnerships

• As an industry expert, you represent our view of the sector both internally and externally

Ihr Profil

• You have several years of professional experience in account management or consulting in the insurance sector

• You have extensive knowledge of the processes in the insurance industry

• You also have a network of relevant customers

• You have industry-specific know-how in the field of digital transformation and can apply this knowledge in your projects

• Your excellent communication and negotiation skills enable you to interact successfully with a wide range of stakeholders

• You work in a goal-oriented and proactive manner to achieve our business goals in the insurance sector

• You are fluent in German (C2) and have a good command of English (min. B2)
