• Implementing and driving the global strategic HR priorities and related KPIs
• Trustfully collaborating with leaders, employees, unions and works councils
• Recruiting & Staffing: employer branding & talent selection, workforce planning
• Training & Developing: supporting talent reviews, training- and succession planning
• Performance Managing: ensuring continuous feedback discussions
• Planning rewards: compensation planning and administrating payroll changes
• Driving engagement: implementing and acting on employee engagement surveys, supporting employee resource groups, driving diversity, inclusion & belonging
• Managing HR Systems: ensuring data quality in People Soft, Taleo, Success Factors
• Applying HR Processes: ensuring HR standards and management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001 / 14001 / 50001
• Ensuring compliance: application of employment laws and code of conduct
• Supporting strategic People projects - global HR project teamwork elevating our culture

Qualifications

What you'll need to suceed:

• University degree in Business Administration with HR major or comparable
• Almost five years of strategic business partnering in all major HR areas along the cycle
• Exposure to an international environment and/or manufacturing is of benefit
• Experience in the cooperation with unions and workscouncils
• Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations, Industry norms
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally People Soft, Success Factors, Taleo
• German language and English business fluent
• Passion for People topics
• Business insight & customer focus
• Drive for high quality results and continuous improvement
• Managing ambiguity and valuing differences
• Effective communication, influencing and compassion
