Ihre Aufgaben

• As a contact person for our workshop customers you will do the telephone support for the vehicle brand Mercedes

• You will perform fault analyses by using the described technical issues

• You will support our workshop customers in the vehicle diagnostics by using the most modern automotive diagnostic technology

• You will contribute to the expansion and maintenance of the diagnostic database

• You will support our internal departments in collecting issues which are relevant for updates

Ihr Profil

• You have a completed education as an automotive mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a similar technical profession

• You have gained some years of work experience in an automotive workshop

• You are an expert for the automotive brand Mercedes

• You are good at working with MS-Office and similar applications

• You have sound expert knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and automotive repair work

• Excellent communication skills and capacity for teamwork are some of your personality traits

• You have very sound language skills in German and English, both orally and in writing

• Ideally you have a good command of further languages
