As part of the R&D team, the Process Experts (m/f/d) for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), As part of the R&D team, you will be responsible for establishing, further developing, and supporting our Product Lifecycle Management processes and sharing your knowledge of PLM processes and systems. Our business units at UPONOR work globally with the PLM system Windchill, and you support the common use of the system at research and development locations in Europe and North America. You represent the R&D area within the ERP system landscape, including the interface for integrating the PLM system PTC Windchill with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, S/4HANA

What will you do:

• Definition and implementation of PLM processes according to current and future business requirements and strategies
• Close collaboration with stakeholders and key users of the business units, our internal IT department, and other subject matter experts, as well as other process owners, e.g., in the ERP area
• Definition of PLM process and system development requirements
• Promotion of best practices as well as monitoring and continuous improvement of PLM processes
• Maintenance of the PLM roadmap, initiation, and technical support of new PLM projects

What you bring

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited institution is required. Masters or MBA is preferred.
• Professional experience in managing PLM environments, PLM implementations, and in the development of business processes.
• Good knowledge of the PLM system Windchill
• Good knowledge of CAE Tools Solid Works
• Experience in project management
• Very good English language skills in written and spoken form
