Tasks & Responsibilities Quality:
- Organize, lead and continually develop Factory QA team and its performance.
- Ensure target setting and planning of resources as per local business- and normative/legal requirements.
- Continually improve business partner service level of Factory Quality team in cooperation with key stakeholders â capacity plan & monitoring.
- Lead root cause analysis in case of internally and externally detected product non-conformities.
- Follow-through on corrective and preventive actions to avoid product non-conformity reoccurrence.
- Lead factory claim management procedure
- Support internal and external auditing at factory level
- Budgeting, cost monitoring/reporting (incl. quality/non-quality cost reporting).
- Lead task force teams on site level and cross-functional in case of quality incidents / external complaints regarding on site manufactured products
- Contributes to annual management review for Q & E
Tasks & Responsibilities Environment
- Translate central Environmental & Sustainability strategy to site level.
- Ensure meeting Environmental KPIs and targets locally
- Coordinate local Environmental program and ensures compliance with appropriate standards and regulations.
- Work across the organization to improve the processes and capabilities to achieving Environmental and Sustainability goals.
- Consolidating local environmental data e.g. waste, water & energy consumption, etc.
- Support central Environmental and Sustainability reporting
- Maintain law and chemical register on site level
- Communicate with external authorities regarding environmental aspects

Skills & Competencies
- Successfully completed Master's degree in a technical or scientific field or comparable technical training or relevant professional experience
- Advanced expertise in material science, with a focus on plastics and metals.
- Training as a quality manager and in environmental management required
- Knowledge of the current relevant requirements in environmental law
- At least 5 years industry experience, ideally in the specific field of QM/QA and Environment in a multinational and/or multisite set-up with leadership assignment.
- Management System knowledge and experience (min. ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 45001 and 14001; ISO 50001 is a plus).
- Internal/external auditor experience.
- Advanced expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. Six Sigma Green Belt or similar Lean Management expertise is appreciated.
- Assertive and able to enforce quality standards and rules across functions.
- Good local language skills (spoken and written), English knowledge at min. B2 level.
- Good MS Office and ERP skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, SAP).
- Salesforce/BI basic knowledge.
