Ihre Aufgaben


  • Raise regional awareness by promoting the Avantor value proposition as a manufacturer and supplier of Chemicals, Serum, and Single-Use products & services, to support the manufacturing processes of various biologic-related product classes

  • Work closely with the different Field Applications teams to engage customers in value added programs and technical projects

  • Build and sustain long lasting business relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty

  • Execute company strategies to achieve sales growth in the EU region

  • Champion internal alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure key customer opportunities are being managed and executed in an efficient manner

  • Identify and lead the development or refinement of new custom manufacturing opportunities



Ihr Profil


  • BSc/BA degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering degree or other life sciences related degree

  • At least 5 years sales experience within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related life sciences industry

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Good knowledge of office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Excel , and Word)

  • Ability to recognize need for change and employ appropriate strategies to facilitate change

  • Ability to be flexible in fast-changing environment and to work well under pressure

  • Self-motivated team player and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Full Driver's License

  • Ability to travel regularly in the EU.
