• Develop new recipes and production processes for innovation projects, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Technical Project Managers
• Oversee the development and adaptation of raw materials, ensuring their quality and cost-effectiveness
• Work with Sales, Quality, and Product Science teams to discuss briefings, evaluate samples, and implement guidelines for product tests and safety standards
• Lead projects with strong organizational skills, ensuring timely execution of laboratory mixtures, product samples, and customer-specific projects
• Implement new or optimized technological processes, maintain in-house and statutory guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, and environmental protection
• Coordinate and conduct customer visits and workshops, supporting Technical Account Managers on customer-specific circumstances and filling technology
• Evaluate and implement corrective measures assigned by Quality, optimizing the recipe portfolio for cost, resource use, and quality

Your Profile:

• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in product development
• You have successfully completed studies in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• You have excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and confidently
• You have a strong understanding of raw materials and their impact on product performance
• Your organized and detail-oriented work style is complemented by your teamwork and excellent communication skills
