Key Responsibilities:
Organize & perform quality audits on incoming goods at distribution center to verify compliance to requirements
Organize rescreen activities (internal & external), including claims management, as needed
- Support product quality complaints and/or returns investigations. Take necessary actions with appropriate departments (internal & external) to assess scope & drive resolution
- Provide information & education on quality requirements to business partners
