You will lead the definition and development of the AMR solution framework, as the product is still in an exciting stage of evolution. Make an impact

• Drive the standardization of AMR solutions by developing comprehensive blueprints to be implemented across all regions, facilitating repeatable business opportunities

• Ensure blueprints cover all critical aspects of the solution, including sales strategy, design, budgeting tools, and training programs

• Support strategic global projects while sharing your expertise with the broader organization

• Oversee the implementation of the roadmap established by Solution Management, collaborating with the Solution Design and Engineering team, as well as the Simulation and Product Management groups

• The position holder is responsible for AMR Solutions. This solution class includes Mobile Shelves technologies, AMR for Pallet handling, Automatic Crane Robots (ACR) and more

• Main market segments of application are Food & Beverage, Apparel, and fast moving consumer goods

Ihr Profil

• You have successfully completed your studies with focus on Business or System Engineering

• Proven experience in designing automation and material handling solutions, particularly in AMR technology

• Experience in intra-logistics operations (e.g., retail distribution, online order fulfillment), automated material handling equipment, and warehouse management software is essential

• Strong background in process engineering, concept development, and visualization

• Knowledge of CAD software is preferred

• Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders

• Team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to our Swisslog offices
